About Kelsey's Riverview Restaurant
Kelsey's Riverview Restaurant's fine service, excellent
food, extensive wine list and incredible entertainment make
it the first choice of tourists and locals alike. Diners
watch the dolphins and boat traffic on the Intracoastal
Waterway while enjoying superb culinary creations of chef
Bradley Packard and his staff.
The Riverview is casual and relaxed but also the perfect
place for any special occasion. We'd love to help you
celebrate! The Riverview can accommodate groups up to 300.
Remember us for birthday parties, weddings, rehearsal
dinners, corporate parties and more. Call Nicole Jolicoeur,
our banquet manager to make all your special arrangements.
There is live entertainment six nights a week with the
Conti Family on Friday and Saturdays and a variety of
exceptional jazz entertainment on Sundays from 6 pm to 9 pm.
It's really show time when our signature Citrus Coffee is
prepared tableside.
The restaurant was built and the then deteriorating hotel
was remodeled in 1985. Well-known local architect Will
Miller designed the restaurant building. The bricks for the
construction were brought in from Chicago. The restaurant
was then leased to Al Steigerwaldt and his DEA Restaurant
Group from Orlando who added Riverview Charlie's to their
other Charlie Restaurants. DEA ran the restaurant until 1995
when it was leased to Marsel Psomos who had The Skyline and
Francos Restaurants in New Smyrna Beach.
Jim and Christa Kelsey who have owned the restaurant and
adjoining hotel since 1990 and had Kelsey's Fine Dining at
the Faro Blanco Resort and several other restaurants in
Marathon, Florida Keyes took over the restaurant operation
in February 2001. It was renamed Kelsey's Riverview
Restaurant. They have hired Roby Robertson as Managing
Partner and Chef Bradley Packard in 2003. Food and service
have never been better. Don't miss Kelsey's Riverview
Restaurant when visiting in New Smyrna Beach.
