Our Policies For A Perfect Apppointment

  • All spa guests must be at least 16 years old.
  • Please leave valuables at home or in your hotel room safe.
  • A credit card is required to book all appointments to cover our 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • The spa is a non-smoking facility.
  • Please turn your cell phones off when entering the spa.
  • Please speak quietly in ALL areas of the spa.
  • There are no refunds on gift certificates.
  • Swimsuits are required in our pool area.
  • We do not allow you to bring alcohol to the Spa. We do offer one complimentary glass of wine. Excessive alcohol consumption  contradicts the therapeutic benefits of our spa treatments and can affect you more than normal when using the hot tubs. We no longer offer wine by the bottle at the spa.
  • For parties of six or more, a 18% gratuity will automatically be added for your services. 
  • Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A fee of 50% will be charged to your credit card if your miss your appointment or fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Arrival & Lateness: As the spa has extensive amenities, we suggest that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your treatments to enjoy the facility. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus decreasing the effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
