With the old world charm of our hotel and the surrounding area, it’s easy (and encouraged) to just let the days slip away as you lounge by the ocean or in our world-class spa. Once you’re rejuvenated and ready for adventure, we recommend checking out Nichols Surf Shop, a New Smyrna staple for close to five decades. Located just five minutes from our hotel, Nichols has whatever you need not only for the ideal surfing experience, but also biking, sailing, paddle boarding, and kayaking. If you’re new to any of these sports (or if you’re just looking for some new tips), the friendly and capable staff will be happy to provide lessons or tours. And since you’re sure to work up an appetite after a day in the water, you’ll also want to pick up something to eat from the Nichols Café, conveniently located right next door.
