Our Policies For A Perfect Appointment

Return Policy:

We have a 15 day refund policy. All returns must be made within 15 days of original purchase. No returns on apparel. All items must be in original packaging. No product over 25% used may be returned. Gift Cards are non-refundable.


To hold a reservation you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number with an expiration date. Your information is encrypted and safely stored in our booking system. The Spa At Riverview will not charge your card unless you miss your appointment or do not adhere to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A fee of 50% will be charged to your credit card if your miss your appointment or fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Alcohol and Consumption:
Any intoxicated persons will be denied entrance into our pool area and/or services. Once inside, a maximum of the one complimentary glass of wine and/or champagne is allowed per person. The Spa At Riverview holds a No Tolerance policy against Under-aged drinking and drunk behavior. Guests found in possession of outside alcohol will be immediately dismissed from the premises, without refund. No alcohol is to be brought on the property for any reason.

Age Requirement:
The Spa is an adult oriented atmosphere; therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years.

Late Arrivals:
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Modesty Concerns/What to wear It is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone at our day spa. Towels and robes are provided and can keep you covered. Therapists are well trained in the "art of draping" which means that they leave the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the massage table, and they keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body they are massaging. They also leave the treatment room before you get up from the table. If you are having a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the receptionist or therapist how you should be dressed for treatment. We want to make sure that you are comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions.
Etiquette: Inappropriate and rude behavior does not belong at The Spa At Riverview. We are dedicated, professional technicians who reserve the right to terminate treatments and services if guests are excessively intoxicated or make inappropriate comments, suggestions or advances to any member of our team.

Cell Phone Usage:
To honor our quiet spa atmosphere, as well as the relaxation of the other guests, we ask that all group members use quiet voices inside the Spa. Please refrain from the use of cell phones and turn the ringer to silent or vibrate prior to entering the spa.
