Accessibility Statement

We aim to extend genuine hospitality to all guests and visitors of our hotel.
Our goal is to make it as effortless as possible for everyone, including people with hearing or vision loss, or any other disability, to access information about our hotel and to book a stay.

We do our best to accommodate all our guests equally. Our hotel was built in 1885 with additions in 1910 and 1936, disabled accessibility was not at the forefront of construction design like it is today. Riverview is committed to providing accessibility to the fullest extent commercially and technically feasible given the age and nature of the construction of the Hotel. Currently we are a 3 story hotel with no elevator as they were also not in existence at the time of construction. Historic preservation is very important to our design. We continue to strive to find new innovative ways to modify our historic building to meet the needs of everyone. If you have any specific questions about our property on this matter feel free to give us a call 24 hours a day.
